It's been a couple of years since I've played here but I was totally shocked by the condition the City of Citronelle and it's leadership have let this course come to. It's is sad considering this used to be a stellar course to play on. Now I know why it was so cheap to play but still a total waste of money. After the front 9, I called it quits.
Came down to watch my son play in PDGA tournament. The course is very challenging. I enjoyed watching him play. It was definitely great exercise walking the course, twice. My only complaint is, there is no public bathroom available.
I'll have to admit, the greens were in good condition, but the fairways could use a little more work. The sand traps need to be into grass type bunkers or filled in totally. The price for 18 holes is excellent though. We had a fun time. Maybe open up a small snack bar for refreshments on the turn.
