Friendliest staff/management, greens well maintained, dog-friendly, full sets of Srixon clubs available for rent! We came out here from LA to visit family and decided to get a few rounds in. I must say we were glad we did. 10/10 hidden gem.

This morning I called for rates & asked what today’s hours were. Amy gave me the information I requested without mentioning they were having a tournament today. I even called back a second time to ask if there was a different rate for children, second opportunity missed to inform me of a tournament. My son & I drove 23 miles (1 way) for his first golfing experience to be met by the same Amy who said “Yeah, sorry it’s tournament day”. No hint of sincerity in her voice whatsoever even after reminding her that we had just spoken & that I just drove a considerable distance. No “come back tomorrow & we’ll give you a discount” or anything. Mistakes are made, it happens but do what you can to make it right. At least sound sincere in your apology if nothing else. Went to Kenai golf course instead where I was met by a very friendly staff who were more than accommodating. It’ll be my go to from here on out.
