It's golf. 9 hole executive course with 3 par 4s. Not in very good shape at all. I only play there because it is close by.

Neat golf course on Lake Havasu Island
The course is challenging, rough, and rugged. My son got bored, and hot during our round. The owner, or manager provided my son with a massive bucket of range balls, and a beverage - free of charge. Customer service here is second to none.
