Solid public course! I'm biased, but really I always enjoy a day golfing at the Ledges. It's challenging, but not overwhelming. Update for 2025. I still love this course! There are geese everywhere currently...
Ledges is a walkable golf course and fairly priced. Somewhat hilly, with plenty of challenging holes. We played the white tees in very wet conditions. Pace of play on the weekend was what you'd expect, at 4-5 hours. Course conditions were better than most municipal courses, so I applaud Winnebago for keeping the course in good shape. Some tee boxes were a bit torn up. Greens had too many ball marks from players not repairing them. Starter, pro shop, and bar staff got the job done. Location close to the highway for those traveling a distance to play here. Enjoy your round!
