National Agricultural Center and Hall of Fame

Went to a building out back(far end of the property), for graduation party. ( bar shape). Really great building for parties. Full kitchen, they have round tables & chairs on site for use, TV on the wall to have video going during a party. ▪︎But truly they need more signage (put at the Street area): for the public to know it is back there. So many folks are unable to find it, very difficult if you have not been there before.

It is free to the public and accepts donations but not required. The museum has inside areas and outdoor exhibits such as a small farm town and house and chicken coop. The staff were very helpful and kind. I Loved the historic items on display and helped my kids see how people used to live of a different generation. They had a train depot and a small train that the kids enjoyed riding. The kids learned how to wash clothes, grind corn, feed chickens, and plant flowers. The kids had a great time. It wasn't very busy and we had the place to ourselves.

The National Agriculture Center is a wonderful place that brings joy to the heart. The volunteers are wonderful and have great customer service and go out of the way to make you feel welcome. This is a fantastic place to visit. The chickens are a delight to feed. Additionally, the garden is nicely arranged and organized. This wonderful place gives tribute to the farmers which is a great occupation that feeds the USA. The artifacts of the historical past are incredible. Overall, great place to visit.
