Great shop! Very friendly staff as well as very helpful! Patrick worked hard to get me in a cart I wanted at a great price as well as help figure out and run numbers on upgrades to choose from. The customer service after the sale has been spectacular as well. I am sure they are all tired of me reaching out, but I get helped every time! Fantastic business all-around, and I will definitely be returning for any future purchases.

I purchased a 2012 RXV that was on consignment. Along with the cart, I purchased new wheels and tires. The staff got the cart ready for me the same day and delivered it. I was extremely pleased with the customer service at that point. When the cart was delivered, they did not bring the old wheels and tires that were taken off the cart. I was told that they usually just keep them. They were still good and the bottom line was they belonged to me. I was never asked if I wanted my tires, they just kept them. The gentleman that delivered the cart told me the next time he was in my neighborhood he would drop them off. He also told me that he would bring me a pump to fill the battery. He said they do that for all the customers. Three weeks went by, no wheels and tires, no pump to fill the battery. I went by the store to see about some new shocks because the front shocks on the cart I was sold were blown out. The gentleman at the store told me that since they sold me a cart with bad shocks he would sell them to me at cost. He told me he would call me when they came in. He also told me they were out of the battery pumps but they would order me one. He assured me he had my phone number. That was 2 months ago. ...No Calls, nothing! I got a decent deal on the cart, so I am ok with just taking my business elsewhere. Gentlemen, you need to live up to your word when you are running a business. I can't recommend your store under the circumstances. ***Update*** Management reached out immediately and had my cart in the next day and out two days later. Thanks for making things right! I appreciate your professionalism!

I purchased a used Polaris EV in October of 2019 from here. Will Pierce told me it was just traded in and they had not received the title back yet from the previous owner's finance company. I was told that the title would be sent to me as soon as they got it and that it should not take long to receive. It is now January 2020 and I have still not received the title. I have called and emailed several times over the past months. They have been slow to respond and they have always given an excuse as to why they don't have it. Will is now not responding to my emails or phone calls. Changing my review after posting this yesterday Will called and said they would overnight the title to me. I just received it.
