Haley Blanchard, the leasing professional, made me feel incredibly warm and welcomed while maintaining a high level of professionalism. She was super sweet throughout my visit. The office itself is also very nice, with a wonderful scent and an awesome vibe that matches the leasing professionals. When I encountered a mishap, Ms. Haley was incredibly kind and helped me resolve the issue quickly, which made me feel comfortable and calm. She truly is a beautiful person inside and out! Overall, I had a fantastic experience at the beautiful ARLO Luxury Apartment Homes office. Thank you so much! ❤️

I moved to Arlo apartments last June and I am paying 2000 dollars for 3- bedroom apartment. I have a major maintenance issue that was not disclosed to me when I moved which is the water accumulating in front my main door whenever it rains. The concrete is not only green because of the mold but actually black. Every time I enter or exit my apartment after it rains, which is very frequent in Little Rock, I would step in the water. My grocery and amazone orders would be soaked in the water when they are delivered to me. I reached to the office tens of times by going personally, calling and sending emails with pictures; all what I get is promises and that the owner needs to approve and pay the vender before starting to work which never happened. At some point I feel the water will enter the apartment. If my move has not costed much for me , I would have moved today before tomorrow. I do not recommend moving here. I am sharing photos of my issue.

Jackie and Hailey were great! Helping making this process very smooth and easy! The maintenance man Gerold was great too. Overall the staff was amazing in helping me get my new home!
