I was a part of a wedding party that spent the day here for the pre-wedding hangout & reception - I was blown away at the level of service they provided across the board. Every employee I encountered was polite, engaging, and enthusiastic. I had even accidentally damaged one of their television sets - and reached out to them to cover the damage - and they refused to let me pay for it. I'm sure they won't always do that, as it depends on the circumstance and situation, so don't expect that you can go in there and damage property with no repurcussions, but they were so professional and went above and beyond in making sure each person in the wedding party had a great experience. 10/10
