Sykes/Lady Overland Park Golf Course

It was very nice in the club house 'of course' and the courses are well taken care of. My biggest gripe is the lack of care for the driving range. The Distances for the range poles had no attention whatsoever. The stuck up attitude around the club was a bit off putting as well.

Great course(s)! Always well taken care of and well maintained. Greens are always green and in great shape. Not super hard but some challenging holes. Have a nice 9 hole par 3 course you can play in just over an hour along with 3 other 18 hole course options (South, North and West). Club house is beautiful with nice practice greens and driving range but the function of getting around could be better. You have to walk pretty far to get balls for range and the carts/pull carts are far away from parking lot so get there early so you have enough time to get your clubs loaded and still make your tee time (West course the first tee is a 10min cart ride away). It’s a very busy course and you will need to get a tee time early. You can schedule a tee time 6 days ahead but even then they are almost full cause those with a patron card can schedule 7 days ahead. Always a beautiful round of golf if you can get on!

Used to love it here. They wiped out the sand trap practice area in their renovation. Very disappointed in that. Parking was a problem though so I kind of understand but probably could have come up with something. Overall, still a decent course and the par 3 if it’s still there is a fantastic deal, especially monthly if you go frequently.
