I really want to like this course — and there’s a lot of potential — but each visit tends to bring a new frustration. The course conditions are far from perfect (patchy greens, muddy spots, etc.), but it’s clear the staff is trying with what they have. It feels like they may be limited by a lack of investment from ownership. That said, the course is still playable and has some really fun holes, so I’m not here to bash it completely. The real issue that keeps me from coming back more often is the lack of organization and communication. I recently played on a Monday at 2:12 PM — no sign online that it would be busy. But once we got there, it turned out a kids’ tournament was happening, and another group was somehow allowed to jump ahead of our tee time. Five holes in, and we had already been out for 90 minutes. If the management could tighten up the online scheduling, communicate course events more clearly, and add a bit more structure on-site, this place could really shine. The staff is friendly, and the tee boxes are in solid shape. There’s a foundation here — it just needs a bit more consistency to make it a go-to spot. Overall, I will be back for sure. I suggest coming here for a good day of golf and not to try and find some pristine pebble beach like course. Update ** bunch of rude people work here so maybe I won’t be back 😂😂
Used the renovated driving range today, $15 for 80 balls (large), after work. The biggest peeve was the large granular sand on the hitting mats. Bad for the clubs and hitting stance. Why can't management use a lead blower and clean out the entire hitting area?!?!
The price is slightly higher compared to what's on their website. In general, it is a good place and decent price to practice hitting the ball. Not too crowded. People are here to practice. No loud distracting music. I had a hard time making the ball stay exactly where I wanted to be on the mat in crosshair in the beginning because it kept rolling 1 inch to the side. I am suspecting the concrete below isn't exactly level below on certain spots, but figured it out other level spots on the mat afterwards.
