I’ve played this course or around my birthday the last few years and it always amazes me how good the course looks this late in the year. Very challenging course, you start your day off on a 590 yard par five. 3 of the last 4 finishing holes are pretty tough as well, but a blast if you like and respect placement courses. Greens were in excellent condition and free of leaves.

I love Big Sugar. The scenery, hole design, and threat of serious bodily injury on the cart paths combine to make a wonderful golf experience. I came up from OKC specifically to play Big Sugar and intend to go back in the fall. The course is challenging in the best way and greens are immaculate. Seriously, be careful on the cart path it can be treacherous.
