There are a lot of mixed reviews but I like this course. We played 2 days in a row. Fist day white to blue and the second day red to white. The course is in really nice shape. Fairways and greens were good, as were the tee boxes. Some interesting holes and was a fun course to play in my opinion. Sand traps were harder more compacted sand, but I prefer that type. Halfway house and beverage cart attendant, as well as the starter and cart guys were really nice.
Had two vouchers here so I took my daughter out for the first time. New bridge is really nice and the course isn't really as challenging as I remember from years back. Played the red and the white courses, I believe. Halfway house has good snacks and cart girl was always around. Pace of play was a little slow due to a foursome that the ranger ignored (~20 minutes a hole; gotta pick up the pace). One star off due to the rude starter in the morning. Dude was miserable and looked like he wanted to be anywhere else but there. Forgot his name - thinning hair, glasses, middle aged(?). The attendants that met us after our round were way more friendly. There's also a shack with drinks next to the clubhouse for after your round.
Definitely a must play in the Poconos area. We played white/blue courses. There was horrible pace of play to get out. We had to wait about 25 minutes before heading out. However, patience is your friend. We were on a golf trip so we came to play. Definitely would play here again. Wish they had cart girls. There is a stop where you can grab food. If it's your first time playing, the layout can be confusing to get to some of the holes but we made it. Driving range and putting greens prior to play are available. The views and the course are why we came and we received what we came for.
