We had the most incredible experience at Timber Banks and we can’t thank our wedding coordinator, Jordan, and our day-of coordinator, Ryan, enough for their exceptional service and attention to detail. From the moment we began planning with Jordan, we felt completely at ease. Jordan was organized, responsive, and truly passionate about making our vision come to life. No detail was too small, and Jordan went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of the day was perfect. On the wedding day, Ryan stepped in seamlessly to manage everything on-site. Ryan’s calm and professional demeanor kept us stress-free and allowed us to fully enjoy every moment. The venue itself was stunning, but it was the team that made our day truly unforgettable. Beautiful wedding venue, with great property views of the golf course and surrounding wooded area, the food is amazing and the staff are great and very organized! The venue is romantic and open window plan makes for a timeless, naturally lit romantic ambiance that can be paired with or without their twin fireplaces and candles <3

We LOVED our experience at Timber Banks for our wedding in February 2025!! We had our ceremony offsite, with cocktail hour and reception at Timber Banks. When I say that they made sure every single detail was accounted for to make our day go as smoothly as possible, I mean EVERY SINGLE detail. As a type A girl who spent every night scrolling TikTok and Pinterest the year leading up to our wedding I had soo many ideas I wanted to incorporate and had a strong vision of what I wanted our day to look like. Jordan, our event coordinator, made the whole wedding planning process nearly effortless and stress free. She was there to work with us and answer questions every step of the way, from the day we booked the venue to the wedding day. She’s an absolute sweetheart and went above and beyond to make our wedding day dreams come true. I did not personally work with Ryan, their other event coordinator, but have heard great things about him too! We have heard nothing but positive comments from all our guests on how impressed they were with the venue and staff! Timber Banks definitely knows what they’re doing with wedding planning and coordination! You will be able to be fully present with your guests and enjoy your day without stressing about anything going on behind the scenes
