Trilogy at Rio Vista

Mom & Dad loved living here. There are a lot of great people, friends, & family (honorary family) One thing that needs to open up is the swim hours for families. In the summertime, 3pm is when families have to leave the outdoor swimming pool. It never made sense to have to leave at the hottest time of day. The kids never understood why they had to get out. I never did either. The golf course is nicely maintained, and the current landscaping is on point (that means good). All in all, it is a very nice place to live. Just know, around 3pm, the wind picks up. It's just part of living in Rio Vista.

Very nice 55+ active retirement community. Seems like most of the residents were pleased with their investments. Was traveling with a family member who is a perspective buyer. Houses here are modest in size and relatively new (‘99-‘18). The newer mode homes are much more elegant and have a better design. This location is pretty much in the middle of nowhere but lots of amenities within the community itself.

If you want peace and quiet, STAY AWAY. Where I live the people are inconsiderate. They allow their dogs to bark outside and don't care for how long. They place wind chimes in the back where almost all the Master bedrooms are and with the constant wind, don't seem to care that NOT EVERYONE enjoys their NOISE. Neighbors are nosy and will report you in a minute to the HOA for the slightest reason. I still work and am gone most of the day but when I get home (between the dogs barking and the wind chimes) its time for me to move after 6 years. Not the place for peace and quiet.
