What people say about (The Golf Club At Moffett Field)

Joan Bremer

Nice course with some difficult holes. It was windy but would be a great place to play on hot days, since it will be cooler with the breeze from the Bay. Next time I will bring bug spray because there were a lot of mosquitoes. I was disappointed that the Grill closed so early. We had a 2 PM tee time, and when we came in at the turn, a little after 4, the Grill was already closed. We couldn't even get any water. I wish we would have known they closed so early so we could have stocked up before we went out. If there was a sign posted with the hours I missed it, however the website says the Grill is "open the same hours as the club shop" so a bit confusing. All in all I would play here again but would certainly try for earlier in the day. I booked exactly 2 weeks out (which is all the website allows) but the earliest tee time I could get was 2 PM, so next time I will try to call.

Moffett Field Golf Club offers a unique golfing experience with its scenic layout and challenging course. The well-maintained greens and fairways provide a great test for golfers looking for fun. The club’s friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere make it an inviting place for a round of golf. While the course might be on the shorter side, its strategic design ensures a rewarding game. Overall, Moffett Field is a charming spot for both casual players and enthusiasts.

Course condition was acceptable. The price was reasonable. Staffs are awesome. Many scenic fairways and greens. Mosquito can be pretty bad when it gets dark. Get get out before it gets dark then there are no problems. Goose poops are all over the place. But that's part of nature so it's not a problem. Just be careful to avoid stepping on some then you will be fine. Overall I definitely recommend this course.
