I corresponded with the reservations team over email and phone, working out all of the details of our event for July 4. I then asked to arrange a site visit, drove two hours each way with my same-sex fiancé, had a lovely time seeing the venue, only to be told that the owners would not accept the booking "for other deciding factors", electing to keep the venue vacant for the day. Tayler and Leilani were polite, but ultimately wasted our time, a precious resource when planning a wedding.
