Dryden Park Golf Course

My childhood course is a shell of what it once was. Even for the city tournament the fairways are severely lacking water. Dry hard pan is the norm for fairway shots. Way overpriced for the course condition. Could city government either: 1. Take maintenance of Dryden seriously or 2. Sell it to a private party who will take maintenance of the course seriously!

The pro shop burned down 5 years ago and the city is still using that 3 world dump of a trailer and porta potties. The city could have just as easily purchased a bigger better modular building with a snack bar and restroom but chose to take the cheap crappy route. Pathetic. Zero stars.

I will rate this course 4 stars because of the greens, best greens I’ve seen out of the past 10 courses I’ve played in about 3 week time. Ball runs smooth, checks quick and repair marks are fixed consistently. Could use some water in the fairways. All in all very relaxed course to play. I would definitely return.
