Club at Eustis Apartments

Danielle is absolutely, hands down the best Leasing Manager we’ve met. She was extremely sweet, understanding and patient with me and my partner while applying for our new place. She took her time showing us the apartment and helped us when we were stuck and a bit confused. Her communication is absolutely amazing and fast! We’ve never had such a great experience and comforting experience applying for apartments during crazy times. Thank you so much! <3

They lock the pool all weekend and randomly during the week just because and the tenants don’t get what they pay for. Multiple people have made complaints but nothing is done. When there’s kids and multiple tenants that line up to go to the pool on the weekend, their office is closed and nobody to call and they leave a ghetto lock on the gate. And they want to charge luxury prices when their carpets are nasty and old af. $1600+ a month for old cheap carpet.

Moving in itself can be difficult! But I must say that the team over here in Club Eustis is phenomenal. The maintenance team is awesome! Might I add, courteous and respectful. Good customer service is hard to come by. I’m so glad that there are still people who value what they do in serving others!
