Great Customer Service! I came in to get a helmet and ask a few questions and after our conversation on different components, their operation and what not. I walked out with the Helmet and Matching bike and I am very happy with my experience as they even help me with the transfer of my pedals and other items. From the moment I walked in I was treated kindly and professionally. The staff did not exhibit any of the bike guru attitude that is so prevalent in bike shops. They didn't push back about my low end bike or its condition. They merely asked me how they could help! What a great experience. The results are better than expected. The bike runs and drives as well or better than it did new. This is a flood bike so it needed some extra love from its time soaking in salt water for a day or two! I am so appreciative of the service and the vibe of this store. Thank you!
