Spanish Lakes Golf Village

We moved in 6 months ago. Very quiet a lot of snowbirds. People I have met so far seem nice. We're not golfers but the course does look very nice. Unfortunately the pools closed under renovation. Little nervous about hurricane season. Not Original From Florida.

I too bought a year ago believe the clubhouse looks good but old lady a desk is rude and smelly! Rules are way to strict depends if your a snow bird who is renting or snow bird owners have more rights than full time residents no activity during off Swanson. The worst 55 plus Mobile Park anywhere. They have huge alligators roaming the park yet no signs warning of them. Vandalism is rampant and the management is constantly harassing its residents. The only thing they do for the $500 plus month rent is cut the grass 21 times a year. They maintain the clubhouse for the sole purpose spying and harassing the residents. The Park Manager is a bonafide racist. You’re literally taking your life in your own hands by moving here. I so regret the fact that I did to be close to family.
