I ordered online from GCLS. The 4 items were very nicely packaged in the box. I was also left a thank you note for my order. Great experience thus far, so I just ordered more. I can tell there’s a lot of passion for A+ perfect turf from this business. This shop is for “Turf-Junkies” and you’ve gotta be serious about your turf to shop here. A place for pros for sure!!

Just wanted to share my experience. I recently placed an order for the first time with Golf Course Lawn Store. It came in two parts due to different manufacturers. One part of the order arrived damaged as there was liquid product all over the bottles and one bottle missing a significant portion. I immediately took a few photos and emailed Golf Course Lawn Store. By later that evening I had received an email back stating they apologized and would send out a replacement. In addition, the next morning I received a call from Ron himself, reiterating the email and stating he apologized and would get me new products in the mail and to keep what I had already received. This compelled me to write a review because while it was a minor inconvenience to me, not many companies are left that care this much. I appreciate the 5 star service and will do more business in the future! Thanks Ron!

This company that is run by RON, truly cares for your experience with them, they are to offer you a free legilimens no sales tricks advice, the company ship out the product in timely manner, there are plenty high quality video by the owner that walk you through how to use the products, I definitely recommend this company to anyone out there who wants to have an awesome lawn knowing you have a support. Ron, Keep it up, thanks for all your recommendations.
