What people say about (Brookwood Golf Course)

This was a fun and challenging course! Front 9 was very hilly which made it difficult to track the ball, the back 9 opened up but the whole course was fun! My only complaint is how slow the course is. I've never played a 4:30 round and it felt long! We waited on every hole for the group in front of us which was frustrating. Some holes were rather dry as well but that happens wherever you play when it's been a hot summer with little rain! Overall I rate this a 4 out of 5!!

Golf Course Review “Fore” U Wicked Girls Golf traveled to Brookwood Golf Course in Buchanan, MI. Brookwood is very popular and well attended throughout the day. We found a 1:00pm tee time to be the perfect time to hit the links. With easy reservations by phone thanks to the accommodating friendly staff, this destination is definitely a great value and offers a good mix of many of our favorite things to truly make golfing with the girls fun. And it’s convenient - only a short drive to Southwest Michigan from South Bend, IN. Packed with history and charm since the golf course opened in 1965, the course is beautiful with rolling hills, spacious fairways, mature trees, wildlife, sand and water hazards. It’s a scenic course for golfers of all levels and red forward tees for the ladies are easy to locate. Kudos to Brookwood for having Port-A-Potties midway through the front and back nine. The clubhouse is a renovated 1930’s barn that was highlighted in the 1933 Chicago World’s Fair and features a vast array of photos and memorabilia from over the years. The clubhouse features a snack bar with food and beverages as well as a small amount of equipment and apparel for sale (unfortunately with little selection for women). If you are 62 and older you qualify for their senior discount and can get 9-holes and a cart for $25. Gas powered carts were clean and waiting for us; however carts are not powerful moving slowly and have no bells and whistles. We give it a 4.5 (out of 5 rating) and hope you book at tee time soon! #brookwoodgolfcourse #swmichigan #puremichigan #visitindiana #wickedgirlsgolf

Easily booked a tee time on a Saturday, got a little bottle necked on the back nine, but I was golfing so it didn't matter. Will definitely go back
