I love this park! This was my second or third visit. I guess it was busy. There was a baseball game going on, a couple of tennis matches. The concession stand was steady. The two people who worked there were very helpful, informing me of the locals that frequent the disc course and which days would be the best to catch them on the links. I walked the course. I was very impressed. Though this was my very first forway into disk golf, I have been watching it on YouTube for almost a year! I'm thinking about doing this!! I have never driven a single golf ball on a single fairway in my life! It looks like fun! Did I mention that I went to Duncan Park to see if I could ride my brand new scooter around the course? You can!! Did I mention that I was 64? I AM! What the hell!! 😆🤣😂😎✌️👍🌉🚅🛴 🛴 🛴 🛴 🛴 🛴 🛴 🛴 🛴 🛴
I like the park clean. Quiet not too crowded. Everything close by that you want to do outdoors? There's a VFW over here and a historic home that you can tour. Nice clean area for kids to play at the park. There's a pavilion for them to sit underneath The baseball field in the tennis courts are nice. I haven't tried the golfing yet, but it looks like a nice golf course
Nice little park stuck behind the Auburn House and a VFW hall on the other side. I came here to see the locomotive to be honest on this cold February day. The back of the Auburn house and other buildings can be seen from the park.
