This is so fun, and the professional drivers are engaging, friendly, PATIENT - no complaints. I'm very glad I came. The signage leaves a bit to be desired and there isn't much to do after 8pm. However, the pool and clubhouse facilities are very nice, breakfast and lunch were fine, and I was very impressed at the driving experience overall. I would recommend this to others, and I hope to do this again with my next new Corvette purchase.
Top 10 life-time experience! If you like to drive, if you like fast-cars, and if you like to learn how to get better, this is the spot for you. Enjoyed the complimentary 2-day V-Performance Academy as a new Blackwing owner - amazing instructors with deep experience and background in racing, super-clean Blackwings, and thrilling track-driving in your own (the Academy's) car. I hope to be back in the not-too-distant future!
Had the opportunity to visit Spring Mountain from March 9 to the 11th. I wasn't taking part in the classes at the resort, but I was there as a guest. The rooms are slightly dated, but they are large, and the beds are comfortable. The pool area is very nice. The food in the dining room was tasty, and the portions were more than enough to satisfy. One of the coolest things at the resort is the race car simulators. It did feel like you were actually driving one of the vettes. My neighbor who took part in the classes said the classes were excellent and the instructors were fantastic.
