Moving into The Heights has been an absolute dream! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make the process seamless and stress-free. The leasing office team was friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive to all my questions. They truly made me feel welcome and cared for as a new resident.

The move in process started off a bit shaky but the manager Anita and agent Naixsa did an amazing job helping me and my daughter with our new home. They did as much as they could to help us out and to make it as smooth as possible. Thank you

Misled us to believe we had an opportunity for a 3bed on first floor and gave unit away and called to offer us a 2bd on 3rd floor for almost $100 more a month. Office called my husbands employer over a dozen times in a 2 hr period for employment verification. Extremely sad with our experience and will not be referring them to anyone
