Booked the pool 2 months in advance. I get a call 2 hours before the party to be told there is algae in the pool. The guy said he wanted to give me plenty of notice to reschedule. Two hours on a Saturday before a party that starts at 7 pm is not plenty of notice. The algae had to of been there way before.
We had reserved a room for a birthday party for a 2 year old. Reserved over a month ahead. The day of the party the lady would not answer phone. We came in from Texas so the family could be at his birthday party. Had no place to have it. Very disappointed. They had time to let us know if it wasn't going to be available.
