Bring cash!!! We came around 1pm during early spring and the pro shop was closed. Thought we'd have to go home but we noticed signs that said to fill out an envelope, place greens and cart fees inside and insert it into a lockbox attached to the building. We then proceeded to have a great round of golf! It's not fancy, it's not pristine. It was relatively challenging for me, a 14 handicapper, with good distances but a relatively open course plan. It also was very inexpensive, so I highly recommend it unless you're a low handicapper or have high expectations. Otherwise, it is definitely worth a try.
