Rock Creek is not trustworthy, not professional, and absolutely not worth your time. Without our knowledge or consent, they ran a soft credit check — no disclosure whatsoever. That’s a serious breach of trust. And then came the kicker: they finally revealed a $20,000 “one-time membership fee” — completely hidden until the end. They said they’d waive it only if we bought that day. If we took time to think, the fee would be tacked on. Classic bait-and-switch. This entire setup is built on pressure, manipulation, and deception. They withhold important information, try to force quick decisions, and retaliate when you don’t play along. After walking away, we did our own research — and what we found confirmed our suspicions. There are multiple properties at Rock Creek listed on Zillow for half the price they’re currently charging. Many landowners are clearly trying to get out fast, likely because they’re losing value. That alone speaks volumes about what this place is really about. Walk away with your integrity. By the way those welcomes gifts they offer- they denied it because I told them I will have to pray on a decision. Not sure if talking about God offends them but will pray for them.
