SCAM. Do not use these guys. Tried to charge me 55000 for a 2k collection that was never supposed to be sent to collections.

They refuse to answer phone calls. They garnished my wages even after receiving a stoppage letter the prior day. No one likes collection agencies but these guys are shady and prove it with their actions

My husband had two emergency dental bills totaling around $1500 each but this company added $3000 worth of fees to each bill then reported $8,000 worth of debt to the credit bureau when the actual amount owed is $3000. It’s bad enough that in the state of utah, medical debt can be reported to credit but to do something like this to someone is absolutely disgraceful. When I requested validation they were unable to validate the amount reported. They were only able to validate up to $2200 on each account however they continue reporting $8,000 to all bureaus. I look forward to working with the media and other platforms to bring this company to justice.
