USU Outdoor Programs

Amazing attention from Justin at the end of the work day in the Outdoor Program rental. I could appreciate his dedication and desire to help the customer. Great work!

We've had some really great experiences with the OP and some not so good ones, but at the end of the day I think these guys rock. They have a huge variety of rentals and they have all been wonderful quality. I would say that they could improve in costumer service. I often get a "oh you must not be huge into the outdoors if you aren't wearing Chacos and have to actually rent gear" kinda a vibe from the workers. But I will rise above and not let them be bullies. Overall my experiences have been good though. **Make sure you read the fine print on the contract!

We rented a tandum kayak and we were quite happy with the rental itself. The equipment was in good condition. The prices are very reasonable. We were slightly misdirected when we picked up the kayak and that resulted in a few small surprises upon return (the renters must clean it, no ratchet straps, load/unload yourself). Thanks, USU, for having great equipment selection for public use at fair prices.
