The HOA here is irresponsible. Do not move here. The dues right now are $170 a month for nothing but deferment of issues. The HOA, associa group, representatives Todd and Sanjay do not care about the community. There are no speed bumps at crosswalks, there are Hunters that come on spring creek property and hunt too close to the homes. Todd and Sanjay feel the money spent to survey and post private property signs is too expensive. Again no care for the safety of the community. Before moving here read Associa Groups reviews on the BBB. Do your research on this awful HOA.
Don't fall for the hype you hear on the radio. Houses are over-priced for what you get, and the monthly $170 hoa fee goes up at a random basis. HOA association does nothing for the current owners. The gated community buys you no security as we have had numerous break-ins, and one meth dealer that was in one of the duplexes. Very unresponsive to owners needs and issues. My neighbor is a renter, so he cares less about how the area looks, making my house look like one of the trashy areas of Spring Creek. Avoid at all cost.
May 30 2024, I was assaulted on your property by Congressman Bob Good Supporter in the meeting at your club house, my question is does spring Creek support this type of behavior coming from others? Why wasn't there any security present? I filed the report with the Louisa County Police Dept, I will make sure to warn others that Spring Creek is an unsafe area
