Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

We had such a fantastic time at Urban Air in Concord, CA! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The trampolines and play areas looked brand new and were a big hit with the kids — perfect for my niece and nephew’s birthday celebration! Although we weren’t able to book a birthday party room, the team went above and beyond to make the day special. Dalton (one of the event team lead) surprised us with a beautiful set of balloons that truly made my niece and nephew’s day — such a thoughtful gesture that we really appreciated! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. A special shoutout to Christina, who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed, especially when it came to food. She was attentive, kind, and truly made us feel taken care of. Carolina Camacho, the manager, was also wonderful — very helpful, approachable, and professional. The food was delicious too, which was a pleasant surprise — everyone enjoyed it! Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better spot to celebrate. I highly recommend Urban Air Concord for anyone planning a fun, family-friendly event. We’ll definitely be back!

This was our first time at Urban Air and we went as a group of two adults and three kids age 4,6,7. We decided to get the membership and we are happy with our choice. The kids spent nearly 5 hours and played on nearly all the attractions including laser tag, rock climbing, trampolines, ropes course, and multi level tube playground. We had pizza and fries at the cafe and appreciated the ample seating offered. The staff working the ropes course was excellent and helped my daughter when she got stuck and needed some guidance. Additionally, he guided a group of older kids in a different direction so they didn’t run over my kiddo. This was much appreciated. One other staff helped one of the kids in our group when she was too scared to come down the last bit of the rock wall. We are excited to return and look forward to day time hour expansion during the week.

Took my family to Urban Air and we had a great time. I was impressed by the wide variety of attractions available for the kids. At first I was a little concerned it might be like other trampoline parks where things get repetitive, but that was not the case at all. There were so many different activities to keep them engaged. My favorite part was the rock climbing area. It had a great mix of challenges and was fun to watch my kids push themselves. The zip line was also a big hit. We did not make it over to laser tag or spend much time on the trampolines, but that just gives us more to try next time. All in all, we will definitely be back. Next time we will plan to come earlier so the kids can experience even more and go home tired and happy.
