Newport Beach Golf Course

Heads up, every shot off a mat. Because who needs real grass on a golf course, right? Course maintenance was nonexistent, and despite calling ahead with our group size, no adjustments were made. Crossing 4 lanes of traffic to reach hole 3, no warning or heads up. The cherry on top? Getting told to speed up on hole 9 — of a 9-hole round. Solid logic there.

one star because i cant give zero! All holes are mats! Was in a group of 2 walking nice day, group behind somehow had 6 people 5 kids one adult!!! They complained to the marshall about pace of play we were told we were too slow and beginners note i shot under par! Crazy when we told the Marshall about the other group almost hitting us twice she said it was our fault. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND RUDE STAFF

The Course isn’t bad love that it is walkable ! But honestly I’m only leaving a review because the women’s toilet in the bar is so unacceptable. Couldn’t sit down properly— my knees were touching the door. And this has been an issue for YEARS. An actual joke. Maybe the owners are only male and don’t see this issue ?
