Incompetent. They allow issues to be broken well after they should be fixed. I currently have water dripping from my light fixture that I’ve been communicating with the apartment manager about since last week, Friday of which I was told that it would be fixed and no one came by. If you want people who are not knowledgeable and incompetent when it comes to housing, nothing done about loud neighbors and trashy people who could care less about the property let alone where they live then this is your place. If I were you I’d stay far away. You get what you pay for especially when it comes to Fairway Breeze. I should have known there would be continuous issues before I even moved in, the lovely Melodey (as mentioned above by someone else in their review) straight up told me off and was completely disrespectful to a client who hadn’t even signed their lease. What did Whilhoit do? They promoted her. Worthless, just so worthless. Stay far away!!
I LOVE my neighbors. I cant stand the incompetence in the staff they have here. The manager is nice but I feel is unprofessional because he claims to work with you but in reality does not. I've not been sprayed for bugs ONCE since I've moved in and since they have to get your lightbulbs there is at least 2 bulbs out in every room. Not happy with how hateful Melody is either. It was HER not getting back to me but did her best to make it seem like it was everything but. Very disappointed here lately....
I love living here! The apartments are beautiful with lots of amenities. I have lived here for almost four years and have never had any issues. The people are friendly and we all watch out for each other. I definitely feel safe here.
